Fire tears through Oklahoma City recycling plant

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Officials with the Oklahoma City Fire Department responded to a blaze at a recycling plant northeast of downtown early Tuesday morning.
According to News 9, a passerby reported the blaze at Derichebourg Recycling USA near the intersection of Northeast 4th Street and North Martin Luther King Avenue sometime before 5:00 a.m.
No injuries were reported as a result of the fire. Officials believe the fuel mostly consisted of burning tires and trash.
An investigation is underway into what may have caused the blaze.
