Fuel spill shuts down exit ramp on I-35

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Troopers with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol closed off at least one lane along a busy off-ramp from Interstate 35 early Wednesday morning.
According to the official Twitter page of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the incident happened shortly before 7:30 a.m. on the exit ramp from I-35 northbound to Interstate 40 eastbound.

Details regarding what may have caused the spill have yet to be released. However, the inside lane of the ramp was closed until the early afternoon causing significant delays for commuters in Oklahoma City.
