Head-on crash involving sedan and pickup at SW 15th and Morgan kills 1

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – One person died from injuries sustained in a head-on collision Tuesday afternoon in the Westbury area of Oklahoma City, reports KFOR News 4. 

The incident happened around 4:12 p.m. near the intersection of Southwest 15th Street and Morgan Road, which is just west of Swisher Park.

Police say that a sedan and a pickup truck collided head-on. The cause of the accident is still under investigation. Both vehicles sustained significant front-end damage.

It’s unclear if anyone else sustained injuries in the accident. Additionally, authorities have not yet released the name of the deceased.
