Injuries reported in accident fire near Turner Turnpike

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Fire and Emergency Services responded to an accident fire in along the Turner Turnpike northwest of Oklahoma City Tuesday.

According to the Oklahoma City response and accident tracker, the crash occurred at the intersection of North Douglas Boulevard and East Memorial Road at about 6:20 p.m.

Officials are reporting injuries as a result of the crash but have not released any information on how many or how severe they may be. Motorists are advised to avoid this portion of North Douglas Boulevard throughout Tuesday evening while the fire is put out and cleared from the road.
