Injuries reported in I-40 wreck

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Emergency Services in Oklahoma City reported injuries as the result of a rush-hour crash east of downtown Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred at the onramp where Interstate 40 meets Interstate 30, heading towards downtown, just after 9:00 a.m. Officials have not yet released any information regarding how many people were injured or the severity of the injuries. However, The situation is still ongoing.
Officials are recommending motorists find an alternate route from I-35 to I-40 while the crash is investigated and cleared.
