Injuries reported in Turner Turnpike accident

WELLSTON, OK – Officers with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported minor injuries resulting from a collision along a Turner Turnpike off-ramp Friday evening.
According to the official Twitter page of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the incident occurred at about 8:30 p.m. within the eastbound lanes of the Turnpike near the off-ramp heading towards Wellston.

Details regarding how many vehicles were involved in the crash or how many people were hurt as a result have yet to be released. The collision was quickly moved from the roadway and is not blocking traffic near the exit at this time. Motorists are still being advised to proceed with caution around this area.
