Man, 24, loses life to three-vehicle accident in Shawnee

SHAWNEE, OK – A 24-year-old man, local to Shawnee, died after a three-vehicle collision that happened on Friday, OKCFOX said.
The crash occurred before 5:30 a.m. Preliminary details show that the 24-year-old man’s driver had failed to yield to an oncoming car while turning left onto Fawn Trail from northbound U.S. 177 and crashed into it. A third vehicle then crashed into the left-turning vehicle.
The 24-year-old man, identified as Julian Ramirez, died from his injuries at the scene. Ramirez’s driver and the other driver were injured.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol did not confirm the extent of injuries but said everyone wore seatbelts.
