Man hospitalized after bicycle accident in Midwest City

MIDWEST CITY, OK – A man was hospitalized after a bicycle accident that happened on East Reno Avenue near North Air Depot Boulevard on Friday.

OKCFOX said the man riding a bicycle was struck by a vehicle around 5 a.m. Ambulance crews rushed to the scene and transported the man to a hospital for unspecified injuries.

The man’s current physical condition was not disclosed.

Traffic was rediverted onto eastbound Reno Avenue between South Bell Drive and North Air Depot Boulevard.

A full investigation is underway.
