A man sustained injuries after his car crashed and rolled over, a March 30 news article of The Enid News & Eagle reported.
The accident occurred at 4:35 PM Saturday, at the intersection of County Road 1050 and US-60. 57-year-old Charles C. Sparks was driving his 1994 GMC Sierra when it departed the road, went into a slide, hit the bottom of a ditch, and rolled over a few times. As it was tumbling, Sparks was ejected 20 feet away from the vehicle.
He was transported to St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center and then transferred to OU Medical Center. Luckily he was admitted in stable condition with internal injuries. Alcohol is allegedly the cause of the crash.
