Man killed in train accident in Garvin County

PAULS VALLEY, OK (GARVIN COUNTY) – A pedestrian is dead following a train accident near US Highway 77 on Friday, reports KFOR.

The accident happened just after 3:45 a.m. about four miles south of Pauls Valley, which is around 58 miles south of Oklahoma City.

The victim is Joshua A. Lorenz, 35, who was hit by a train heading north.

There is no further information at this time regarding the circumstances of the crash.

The accident remains under investigation.
