Man killed in vehicle vs pedestrian incident on OK-97 near Sand Springs

OSAGE COUNTY, OK — A man died Sunday night after being hit by a vehicle on Oklahoma Highway 97 near Sand Springs, according to FOX25.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the fatal incident occurred just north of the city, at around 10:00 p.m.
Few details have been released at this time, but a 39-year-old man was driving a 2017 Chevy Silverado when the vehicle was involved in a crash that critically injured the male pedestrian.
The victim was rushed to St. John’s Medical Center in Tulsa, where he later died from his injuries.
