Man killed, woman hurt in head-on collision in Miami

MIAMI, OK – A 29-year-old man was killed and a 38-year-old woman was injured in a head-on collision that happened in Miami on Thursday.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol told Koamnewsnow that the crash occurred before 9:45 p.m. The 29-year-old man was driving on northbound County Road 193 when he veered out of his lane, crossed the centerline, and crashed head-on into a southbound vehicle.

The 29-year-old man succumbed to his injuries and has since been identified as Taylor Williams, a Miami local.

The 38-year-old woman, from Girard, Kansas, was left with unspecified injuries.
