Motorcycle collision at OK-100 and S 4460 Rd kills 2

SEQUOYAH COUNTY, OK – A two-vehicle crash along the highway in northwest Sequoyah County killed two people on a motorcycle Saturday afternoon.
According to Fox 23 News, the collision occurred shortly before 2 p.m. at the intersection of OK-100 and South 4460 Road. This is just southeast of Tenkiller State Park, west of Blackgum, and about 86 miles southeast of Tulsa.
Police haven’t shared any details regarding the circumstances of the accident except to say that it involved a car and a motorcycle.
Both the motorcycle operator and the passenger succumbed to their injuries at the scene. Authorities identified them as 49-year-old Chadrick Hornback and 41-year-old Rachel Fox.
Medics transported the driver of the vehicle to an area hospital with injuries of unknown severity.
Motorists encountered afternoon delays at OK-100 and South 4460 Road while emergency crews worked at the scene.
