Motorcycle crash on OK-51 WB at OK-151 kills 1, injures 1

TULSA CO., OK – A 50-year-old man died, and a woman went to the hospital Sunday evening after a motorcycle accident in west-central Tulsa County, reports Fox 23 News.

The incident happened around 5:44 p.m. on the ramp from OK-51 westbound to OK-151 northbound. This is just south of Keystone State Park.

Police haven’t shared any details about the cause of the accident, but they say that the driver, identified as Sammy Reece, died after transport to the hospital.

A passenger from the motorcycle, identified as 40-year-old Nancy Daniel, sustained serious injuries in the accident.

Neither Daniel nor Reece were wearing safety helmets at the tine of the collision.

A full investigation is underway.
