Motorcyclist dies after crash on John Kilpatrick Tpke near Yukon

CANADIAN COUNTY, OK – An investigation was underway early Sunday, November 7, following a fatal motorcycle crash on the John Kilpatrick Turnpike near Yukon, reports FOX 25.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the incident unfolded near Britton Road, in an area northwest of Oklahoma City.
An early investigation found that the victim, 27, was operating a 2024 Yamaha motorcycle on the turnpike when they were involved in a collision with a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck.
Following an emergency response, the motorcyclist was pronounced deceased.
Officials have described the other driver as male, but no other information indicating their identity has been disclosed.
An investigation remains open and ongoing. No charges or citations have been confirmed at this time.
