Motorcyclist injuries in 2-vehicle crash at SW 20th and S Grand

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A motorcyclist sustained injuries last Friday in a two-vehicle collision at a busy intersection in southwest Oklahoma City, reports News 9.
The crash happened around 12:45 a.m. at Southwest 20th Street and South Grand Boulevard, which is just west of I-44 and northeast of Lorraine Thomas Park.
Police say the motorcycle operator may have been wearing dark clothing and travelling without lights on his bike when a pickup truck hit him.
Medics transported the motorcyclist to the hospital with injuries of unknown severity.
The driver of the pickup truck did not sustain injuries in the crash and did stop to render aid and to speak with authorities.
A full investigation is underway.
