Country music singer Dolly Parton was recently involved in a minor car accident in Nashville on the morning of October 21, according to a Reuters report.

According to reports, the 67-year-old singer sustained minor injuries after her Nissan Xterra Sports Utility Vehicle was hit by a car that failed to yield. Police said Parton and the drivers of the two vehicles were treated at a local hospital.

After the incident, the singer informed her fans by posting a message on her Facebook page saying that she was doing well and was recovering at home.
