News: Multi-vehicle wreck delays traffic on I-40 in west Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — A multi-vehicle accident was reported Monday morning on Interstate 40 in west Oklahoma City, according to KOCO.
The crash occurred on the westbound lanes near Exit 145 to Meridian Avenue. It was first reported at about 6:15 a.m.
Little information has been disclosed at this time, but authorities said three vehicles were involved, and no one was seriously injured.
By the time of KOCO’s report at 9:15 a.m., tow crews had already cleared the wreckage from the scene.
It remains unclear what caused the wreck. No pending charges or citations have been reported.
