Norman man dead after motorcycle falls from OKC bridge

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A man from Norman is dead after his motorcycle went over a bridge in Oklahoma City on Sunday, according to News on 6.
The accident happened in the morning at the intersection of Kilpatrick Turnpike and Southwest 15th Street when Norman man Billy Vanderwater, 24, lost control of his motorcycle while going over the turnpike.
The vehicle began to fishtail, and Vanderwater then went over the side of the bridge.
He died at the scene.
Officials do not believe intoxication was a factor in the collision, which remains under investigation at this time.
