Officials close major portion of Turner Turnpike due to multi-truck crash in OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Oklahoma fire crews and Oklahoma Highway Patrol shut down a major portion of the Turner Turnpike due to a multi-truck crash on Thursday.

Officials told KOCO that the collision was between two big rigs and one pickup truck. Authorities did not report any injuries, but said fire crews are preparing or working on extricating a driver trapped inside their vehicle.

Authorities shut down the westbound and southbound exits to I-35 and shut down a westbound middle lane on Turner Turnpike.
