OHP responds to injury crash on I-235 SB near Uptown Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — At least one person was injured Tuesday evening due to a collision on Interstate 235 in north Oklahoma City, according to TTN Oklahoma City.
The accident took place on the southbound lanes north of Exit 3 to Northwest 36th Street, near Uptown. It was first reported by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol shortly before 6:20 p.m.
It remains unclear what led up to the collision, but at the time of the initial report, traffic was backed up to Northwest 50th Street/Santa Fe Avenue at Exit 4A.
