OKC man hospitalized after being trapped in garbage truck

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Emergency services in Oklahoma City transported one man to the hospital after he was found in the back of a garbage truck Monday morning.
According to KFOR, the incident occurred at around 6:00 a.m. near the intersection of Southwest 20th Street and Kentucky Avenue. Officials say a resident made it known that they heard someone screaming in the back of the truck. A man was extracted from the bed shortly afterwards.
The circumstances that led the man to become trapped in the truck have not been made available. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
