Oklahoma nursing home cited for sanitation issues

The Oklahoma Department of Health have investigated an Oklahoma nursing home and found alleged health and sanitation issues.

The OSDH has found issues with cleanliness on site and nourishment of elderly. The OSDH has found 27 violations of  nutrition/ sanitation issues.

One woman reportedly noticed that her mother had multiple bruises and that she had lost a dramatic amount of weight. The OSDH has given the nursing home 30 days to fix all remaining problems at the facility.
