An Oklahoma woman intentionally rammed her car into a van, causing it to flip over and injure the three occupants inside. A 7 week-old infant boy was ejected from the van and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle was charged with second-degree murder, and a van passenger was charged with child-neglect for failing to secure the child in a car seat.
