One dead after drowning in Keystone Lake

PAWNEE COUNTY, OK – A man from Oklahoma City has died after drowning in a lake near Tulsa when he fell off of a pontoon boat Tuesday.
The Army Corps of Engineers recovered the body of Jerrel Warrick, 58, from Keystone Lake just before 4:00 p.m.
According to KFOR, Warrick was attempting to throw the anchor over the edge of the boat when he slipped into the lake at 3:15 p.m. Witnesses threw him a flotation device but Warrick was unable to reach it before the waves swept him under the water.
