One injured in multi-vehicle Oklahoma City crash

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A four-vehicle pileup on Interstate 40 sent a motorist from Washington to the hospital Thursday morning.
According to The Purcell Register, Jesse Sanders, 33, was injured when a drunk driver ran into the back of a pickup truck driven by Sanders’ wife along I-40 east of Peebly Road shortly before 3:30 a.m.
The Sanders’ truck spun around once until it was facing the opposite direction. Emergency services transported Sanders to the Oklahoma University Medical Center to be treated for minor injuries where he remains as of Thursday night.
Charges will likely be filed against the other driver who caused the collision.
