One teen dies, another hurt in pedestrian-car crash in Bartlesville

BARTLESVILLE, OK – One teenager died and another was hurt in a pedestrian-car crash in Bartlesville on Saturday, Fox23 reports.
Preliminary details from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reveal that the driver was traveling south on State 123 when they struck two teenage pedestrians.
EMS crews rushed to the scene and transported the two teenage pedestrians, ages 16 and 17, to a Tulsa hospital.
The 17-year-old died from their injuries, while the 16-year-old received treatment for unspecified injuries.
OHP did not publicly list the 17-year-old’s name, but confirmed they were a Bartlesville local, and said their family was notified.
At this time, OHP has not announced any citations or charges for the driver.
