ONG workers investigate collision in NW OKC

NORTHWEST OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Oklahoma Natural Gas workers are investigating a collision that took place in Northwest Oklahoma City on Thursday.
Police told Koco5 that they believe the driver of a car crashed into a gas line or meter before crashing into the front of a floral shop.
The impact of the collision resulted in a gas leak, which had to be cleaned up by ONG personnel.
Officials closed one lane of Meridian Avenue for the on-scene clean-up process and have reopened all lanes since.
Tow truck crews removed the car from the scene.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
