A pedestrian died after being struck by two-vehicles, a January 3 article of Oklahoma’s News 4 reported.
The incident happened around 8:59 AM, in Interstate 40 East. 56-year-old Mark A. Stauffer was hit by a 2018 Kenworth tractor-trailer and a second vehicle. The tractor-trailer driver tried to avoid hitting Stauffer, but he jumped in front of the rig and was hit by its fender. Then, he was hit by another vehicle that left the scene. Oklahoma Highway Patrol believed the crash was an “intentional act”.
