Pedestrian killed in crash with vehicle in Tulsa

TULSA, OK – A pedestrian was killed in a crash involving at least one vehicle that happened around 10:30 a.m. on Friday on Interstate 44 West, News on 6 reports.

The pedestrian was hit by the vehicle near South Union Avenue. Tulsa Police shut down the area for a few hours before reopening all lanes at 1:30 p.m.

Police have not confirmed the number of vehicles involved, released the victim’s name, or revealed the events leading to the crash.
