Pedestrian killed in hit-and-run collision at Portland and SW 38th

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – One person died Thursday morning in southwest Oklahoma City when a vehicle struck them at a busy intersection before fleeing the scene.
The crash happened before 7 a.m. just west of Adams Elementary School and I-44 at the intersection of South Portland Avenue and SW 38th Street.
Police have not yet released any details about the victim, nor have they provided a description of the hit-and-run vehicle.
