Pit bull owner charged in ferocious dog attack

The owner of two pit bulls was charged after the dogs attacked a neighbor this last July in Muscogee County, abc8 Tulsa reported on September 6.
According to reports, a misdemeanor charge was filed against Ronnie Casey after he failed to control his dogs that attacked Glenn Boulet, Sr. On July 14th, Boulet reportedly saw one of the dogs approaching a young boy. He was able to successfully get the boy to safety before the dogs attacked. Boulet was confined to the hospital for a month due to serious injuries he sustained to his upper body and face, some of which will require plastic surgery. If found guilty, Casey could serve a maximum jail term of one year and and/or a fine of up to $5,000.
