Police chase ends in injury crash at 29th and Durland

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – One person went to the hospital, and another person was arrested earlier this week after a police chase and crash in southeast Oklahoma City, reports News on 6.
The two-vehicle collision happened on Tuesday at the intersection of Southeast 29th Street and South Durland Avenue, which is south of Wheeler Middle School in the South Lindsey area.
The investigation indicates that OKC Police were pursuing a suspect with an outstanding warrant. The suspect fled in an unidentified vehicle, ultimately crashing into a second car.
The driver of the second vehicle sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities apprehended and arrested the suspect. That person has not yet been identified, and police have not specified the nature of the outstanding warrant.
