Police Officer Injured After SUV Collision

A police officer was injured after an SUV crashed into him, a February 5 news clip of News 9 reported.

The incident happened at night near Interstate 40 and Sooner Road. The police officer was diverting traffic away from a crash his fellow officer was investigating when an SUV veered and crashed into him. The officer was sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
