Possible medical episode leads to fatal collision in West OKC

WEST OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A 64-year-old woman was said to have suffered a possible medical episode, which led to a fatal collision that claimed her life on Wednesday.
The 64-year-old woman was driving when she lost control of her vehicle due to a medical episode and crashed into another vehicle on South Frisco Road near West Reno Avenue, according to KOCO.
The crash occurred around 5:30 p.m., and the female driver requested attention from ambulance crews. Upon arrival, the woman said she did not need medical attention. So the crews left, and when they did, she requested their attention a second time.
A second ambulance transported her to a hospital, where she later died.
