Rollover truck accident closes part of I-35

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A rollover crash involving a semi-truck caused part of Interstate 35 to be shut down Saturday morning.

News 9 reports that the accident happened on I-35, near Northeast 50^th Street when a semi-truck turned over. While it is unknown at this time what caused the accident, witnesses report it was raining heavily in the area at the time.

There is no information available on the condition or identity of the driver.

Authorities cleared the crash from the highway around 7:30 a.m.
