Rush-hour vehicle fire reported on I-35

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Oklahoma City fire and emergency services have responded to a vehicle fire with reported injuries along I-35 Friday evening.

According to the Oklahoma City response and accident tracker, the incident took place within the southbound lanes of I-35 near East Hefner Road shortly after 5:30 p.m.

Details regarding the number of individuals involved in the crash or the extent of their injuries have not yet been released.
