Sand Springs woman killed in crash near I-244 and Memorial Dr

TULSA, OK – A wrong-way collision involving an SUV and a charter bus killed one person late Sunday night on the far-east side of Tulsa, reports Fox 23 News.
The accident happened shortly after 11:30 p.m. on the eastbound side of I-244 just past North Memorial Drive. This is south of the airport and Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology.
Police say that 39-year-old Kristen Pratt of Sand Springs drove her SUV westbound in the eastbound lanes of I-244. Her SUV collided head-on with an eastbound charter bus carrying 37 people.
None of the people on the bus were hurt, but Pratt sustained fatal injuries.
A full investigation is underway.
