Semi-truck vs. sedan crash on US-412 at CR 212 kills 2

WOODWARD CO., OK – A two-vehicle collision involving an 18-wheeler in central Woodward County killed two men on Sunday, reports KFOR News 4.

The accident happened in the afternoon at the intersection of South County Road 212 and US-412. This is just west of Mooreland and about 140 miles northwest of Oklahoma City.

Police say that an eastbound Freightliner semi collided with a southbound 2012 Kia Forte when the driver of the latter vehicle failed to yield the right of way.

Both occupants of the Kia sustained fatal injuries. Authorities have not yet released their identity to the public.

No other injuries have been noted in connection to the crash.

A full investigation is underway.
