Several people left without a home after Tulsa apartment fire

TULSA, OK – Officials with the Tulsa Fire Department responded to an apartment fire that destroyed a number of units on Thursday.
According to News on 6, the fire occurred at an apartment complex near the intersection of 81st Street and the Riverside Parkway.
Fire investigators believe the fire was sparked as a result of a cigar or cigarette not being properly extinguished. Luckily, no injuries were reported as a result of the fire. However, several units were severely damaged by smoke and water damage.
