Single-vehicle accident with ejection on NE Grand near I-44 kills 1

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – One person died last Friday in a single-vehicle crash along a major roadway in northeast Oklahoma City, reports KFOR News 4.

The accident happened late at night near the intersection of Northeast Grand Boulevard and I-44, which is just south of the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum.

Police say that a northbound driver was speeding when they lost control of their vehicle and crashed. The impact of the collision threw the driver from the car, causing fatal injuries.

Authorities have not yet released the name of the deceased.

No other vehicles were involved in the wreck.

A full investigation is underway.
