Single-vehicle crash on I-35 near Flood kills 1, hurts 2

NORMAN, OK – An 18-year-old man died early Saturday in a major accident along the interstate on the northwest side of Norman, reports Fox 25.
The crash occurred shortly before 2:30 a.m. near the intersection of I-35 and North Flood Avenue, which is just north of the Toyota and Subaru dealerships.
Police haven’t shared many details regarding the wreck, which involved a 2000 Nissan Maxima. No other vehicles have been referenced in connection to the accident.
Two passengers, a 19-year-old and a 17-year-old, went to the hospital with critical injuries.
A third victim, identified as Carlos Diaz, died at the scene.
