Single-vehicle crash on N 256 Rd near Fairview kills 1, hurts 3

MAJOR CO., OK – A 16-year-old girl died, and three other teens went to the hospital after a solo crash in central Major County on Sunday, reports KOCO News 5.
The incident happened early in the morning on the southbound side of North 256 Road, which is just east of Fairview.
Police say the driver was speeding when they lost control of the vehicle, causing it to leave the roadway and overturn.
The force of the collision ejected an unrestrained passenger, who died after transport to a local hospital.
Three other occupants of the vehicle, including two 16-year-olds and a 15-year-old, sustained minor injuries.
A full investigation is underway.
