Single-vehicle crash on S Broadway in Edmond kills 1

EDMOND, OK – A man died last Friday in a single-vehicle accident along a major roadway in the city of Edmond, reports Fox 25 OKC.

The crash occurred in the morning along South Broadway, which runs north to south through the city. Officials haven’t yet provided a cross street for the accident.

Police say that for unknown reasons, a northbound driver entered the southbound side of Broadway, left the roadway, and crashed into a tree.

Authorities pronounced the driver deceased at the scene. They’ve not yet disclosed his identity to the public.
