Speeding motorcyclist killed on County Road 2330

CUSTER COUNTY, OK – A man was killed on Saturday night after his motorcycle overturned while he was speeding on County Road 2330.
37-year-old Jordan Earls was driving his motorcycle on North 2330 Road, approximately two miles southeast of Custer County. According to News 9, Earls crashed after he lost control of his bike while speeding down the road.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports that Earls sustained serious injuries to his arm and his head in the accident. They rushed Earls to Weatherford Regional Hospital for treatment on Saturday night.
On Sunday, May 24, Earls was transported to OU Medical Center in critical condition. Earls died from his injuries at OU Medical Center at approximately 1:00 p.m. on Sunday.
The police are still investigating the accident to determine if any other factors may have contributed to the crash.
