Speeding suspected in deadly crash at Lake Overholser

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Speeding was suspected in a deadly crash that occurred at Lake Overholser before 5:30 a.m. Sunday, OKCFOX said.
One driver was traveling at a high rate of speed on eastbound Overholser Drive when they lost control of their vehicle and crashed into the south side of the lake.
The man and woman inside that aforementioned vehicle died from their injuries at the scene.
Oklahoma City Police and firefighters responded to the deadly collision. They also said another driver crashed their vehicle into the lake. That driver, however, survived and was spared from injuries.
