Suspect killed, 2 injured in OKC pursuit-turned-shooting and crash

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A female suspect was killed and two others were injured in a pursuit-turned-shooting and crash on Interstate 44 on Friday.
Oklahoma City Police told KOCO the incident began when the female suspect was initially involved in a domestic violence issue that happened at an OKC home. After officers pulled up to the home, she fled the scene in a car, which led to a pursuit.
The pursuit ended when she crashed into two vehicles. The suspect got into a shooting match with police and was killed when she was hit by one of the bullets.
The two occupants from the struck vehicles were hospitalized for non-life-threatening injuries.
Police did not release the name of the female suspect and have started a full investigation.
