One of the suspects in a deadly hit-and-run was arrested, a March 13 article of News 9 reported.
21-year-old Donovan Laron Breath was the driver of the white 2006 Chevrolet Malibu that hit 31-year-old Tokarra Renee McFee. McFee was crossing the street on Monday night at the 4800 block of Southeast 44th Street. She was then struck by Breath’s car and a Nissan X-Terra.
