Suspect wanted to connection with deadly hit-and-run crash in Norman

NORMAN, OK – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is on the hunt for a suspect in connection with a deadly hit-and-run crash that happened near 192nd Avenue Southeast on Sunday.
OHP told News9 that the incident unfolded when a black pickup truck attached to a tow truck came undone and crashed into another vehicle.
The tow truck driver did not render aid to the other driver, made no effort to reattach the tow truck, and did not call 911. The tow truck operator fled the scene of the crash by means of the tow truck and left the black pickup truck behind.
OHP said the driver of the struck vehicle died from their injuries.
The black pickup truck was left with significant damage.
