SUV crashes into Tulsa QuikTrip after parking lot altercation, injures child

TULSA, OK – A child sustained injuries Wednesday in a two-vehicle collision that caused an SUV to crash through the front of a Tulsa convenience store.
According to Fox 23, the incident occurred at the QuikTrip on Lewis Avenue in far-north Tulsa. This is in the Lakeview Heights area.
Police say that a driver intentionally struck an SUV with her vehicle after an altercation in the parking lot. The collision caused the SUV to crash into the front of the QuikTrip.
The woman who caused the accident fled the scene but was apprehended by police not long after.
Medics transported a child to the hospital with unspecified injuries. They are expected to make a full recovery.
No other injuries have been discussed in connection to the accident.
